We guarantee that we can take your dog any weekday if booked in by 5pm the day before (excl public holidays). Whether you want the walks to be regular weekly walks or ad hoc walks the choice is yours! We can accommodate either!
Your franchisee can add you to their weekly casuals text message to see if you need any walks for the coming week!
We offer Dog Walking, and Doggy Daycare. We also offer 45 Minute Solo Walks and In home dog training in Sydney, Brisbane and The Central Coast.
You don't need to be home for your dog's walk! We just need a way to access them. Please provide the details on the booking form. If you like, your walker can securely hold a spare key to make pick ups and drop offs as convenient as possible.
We have various options to accomodate all dogs. Most of the dogs come on group walks of up to 4 dogs, so if your dog is nervous, we may take him in a group to make him less nervous & get him used to being around other dogs.
However, if you have a dog that is potentially aggressive, we have other options. The franchise may be able to do a solo walk - half an hour on leash from your front door around the streets, or maybe a short drive away.
Another option is that we send one of our qualified dog trainers to a Solo Training Walk
Our trainer will discuss the issues with you beforehand, to establish what the issues are, and how we can help, maybe your dog pulls on the leash, or lunges at other dogs when on leash for example. So as you need to train a dog in the situation the behaviour is happening, we can work on the problem during a solo walk where all our attention is on your dog.

We always walk a maximum of 4 dogs per walker. This way you have peace of mind that your dog is in small, sensibly sized groups with similar dogs.
Your dog will always be picked up between 9am and 2.30pm - if you tick the box on the booking form “Early Group Booking Okay?” We will try coming between 7.45am and 9am when possible. If we’re running late and won’t be arriving till after 2.30pm, we will always let you know!
We get wet! On rainy days if you can leave a towel by the door, we will dry your dog off using their fresh clean towel. We do have our own towels, but for your dog to have a better dry off we recommended leaving us one to use just for them!
As long as we have a franchisee in your area, we can come any weekday, so long as we know by 5pm the night before.
If your dog is not suitable for group walks, we may be able to do a solo walk, or solo training walk. Just ask us if you are not sure!
We try to accommodate every dog, so can sometimes we can come even if you book on the day, however, as we only walk 4 dogs at a time - we cant always take an additional dog last minute because we don't take large groups in order to make sure your dog is safe and cared for.
